Restorative Nursing Care

Our restorative nursing staff is committed to maintaining those hard earned accomplishments. With the help and guidance of our specially trained staff we assist with all activities of daily living to maintain or maximize your independence.

When aggressive therapy is no longer appropriate for you, transition into our Restorative Nursing program. Our therapy department works very hard with you to reach your goals. Our restorative nursing staff are committed to maintaining those hard earned accomplishments. With the help and guidance of our specially trained staff we assist with all activities of daily living to maintain or maximize your independence.

One of the things we treasure is the ability to laugh and enjoy while we work toward improved health. Our programs are fun, from restorative dining to group exercise.

Restorative clinicians work on balance, fall prevention, exercise for muscle strengthening, programs to maximize bladder control, and training in the use of adaptive dining equipment. The restorative nursing program is under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Each person has an individual baseline assessment by a clinical team. When a change occurs or a need is identified, a restorative referral is generated.
